Ingredients
Servings: 1
- 1/2 whole avocado (mashed)
- 1 whole hard boiled egg (peeled and sliced)
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
Directions
- Spread the mashed avocado over 2 slices of any favorite Rudi’s bread.
- Layer the egg slices over the avocado on one slice and then sprinkle the sunflower seeds over the egg.
- Top with the other slice of bread and cut in half. Wrap sandwich or pack in a reusable bag or to-go container.
