Gluten Free Egg & Cheese Frittata with Sausage Breakfast Sandwich
An easy and delicious breakfast or snack in a pinch, start your day off right with a fluffy egg and cheddar cheese frittata with savory sausage served on Rudi’s soft Gluten Free Brioche Bun. Inspired by traditional French brioche recipes and combined with our long history of creating delicious gluten free products, the result is a smooth, soft bun we’re sure you’ll love as the accomplice to our latest and greatest Breakfast Sammies.
INGREDIENTS: Brioche Buns (water, rice flour, corn starch, modified tapioca starch, can sugar, canola oil, corn dextrin, yeast, egg whites, corn meal, vegetable glycerin, tapioca starch, salt, baking powder {monocalcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch], xanthan gum, sugar cane fiber, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, distilled white vinegar, natural flavor, cellulose gum, vanilla extract, beta-carotene [color], calcium sulfate, enzymes), Frittata (liquid whole egg, cheddar cheese [milk, cultures, salt, enzymes, annatto (color)], dehydrated onion, garlic powder, black pepper, salt), Sausage Patty (pork, water, salt, spices, dextrose, sugar, natural flavor, lime juice concentrate).

The most accurate information is always on the label on the actual product. We periodically update our labels based on new nutritional analysis to verify natural variations from crop to crop and at times formula revisions. Use directions as a guide and adjust temperature and baking time as necessary. Internal temperature of the breakfast sandwich should reach 165 degrees.
Air Fryer
- Preheat Air-Fryer to 400F with convection on low/minimum.
- Open plastic wrap and remove sandwich.
- Remove Egg & Cheese Frittata and Sausage, and wrap together in foil.
- Cook for 15 minutes.
- Leave the GF Bun at room temperature on a plate for now.
- After 15 minutes, carefully open foil so that the Frittata and Sausage are open to the convection.
- Place Bun in the Air Fryer with the two halves separated, and cook everything for 4 more minutes
- Internal temperatures of all components should be above 165F by this point. If not, continue cooking.
- Carefully remove Bun, Frittata and Sausage, reassemble the Sammy and enjoy! Allow to cool slightly before eating.
Microwave
- Open plastic overwrap and remove sandwich.
- Wrap sandwich in paper towel and place upside-down in microwave.
- Cook on High Power for 1 minute.
- Flip sandwich to right-side-up and cook on High Power for 45 seconds or until 165F internal temperature is reached.
- Let Sandwich cool for 1 minute, unwrap paper towel, and enjoy!
