ingredients

INGREDIENTS: Brioche buns (water, rice flour, corn starch, modified tapioca starch, cane sugar, canola oil, corn dextrin, yeast, egg whites, corn meal, vegetable glycerin, tapioca starch, salt, baking powder [monocalcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, cornstarch], xanthan gum, sugar cane fiber, honey, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, distilled white vinegar, natural flavor, cellulose gum, natural vanilla flavor, beta-carotene [color], calcium sulfate, enzymes), liquid whole egg, cheddar cheese (milk, cultures, salt, enzymes, annatto [color]), uncured bacon* (pork, water, salt, sugar, cultured celery powder, sea salt, natural flavor), dehydrated onion, garlic powder, black pepper, salt.

Heating directions

Use directions as a guide and adjust temperature and baking time as necessary. Internal temperature of the breakfast sandwich should reach 165 degrees.  

Air Fryer  

  1. Preheat Air-Fryer to 400F with convection on low/minimum. 
  2. Open plastic wrap and remove sandwich.
  3. Remove Egg & Cheese Frittata and Bacon, and wrap together in foil.
  4. Cook for 15 minutes. 
  5. Leave the GF Bun at room temperature on a plate for now.
  6. After 15 minutes, carefully open foil so that the Frittata and Bacon are open to the convection.
  7.  Place Bun in the Air Fryer with the two halves separated, and cook everything for 4 more minutes
  8.  Internal temperatures of all components should be above 165F by this point.  If not, continue cooking.
  9.  Carefully remove Bun, Frittata and Bacon, reassemble the Sammy and enjoy! Allow to cool slightly before eating.

 

Microwave 

  1. Open plastic overwrap and remove sandwich.
  2. Wrap sandwich in paper towel and place upside-down in microwave.
  3. Cook on High Power for 45 seconds.
  4. Flip sandwich to right-side-up and cook on High Power for 45 seconds or until 165F internal temperature is reached.
  5. Let Sandwich cool for 1 minute, unwrap paper towel, and enjoy!
