Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta
  • 1/4 cup spinach (finely chopped, can replace with cilantro or parsley)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic (3 cloves)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 servings Rudi's Sourdough Hamburger Buns
Directions
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high (300-350 degrees).
  2. In a large bowl, place the turkey, feta, cilantro, mayo, mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper. Using clean hands, combine the mixture until the ingredients are well incorporated.
  3. Divide the mixture into 4 parts and then shape each part into a patty that is about ½-inch thick. Place the patties on a plate (or cover and chill until ready to grill).
  4. Grill the patties over direct heat for 10 minutes, then flip over and cook for 2-3 minutes more, or until a meat thermometer registers at 165 degrees when inserted into the thickest part of the burger.
  5. Serve burgers on buns with toppings of choice. Enjoy!
Note

Rudi's favorite turkey burger recipe, created by our Registered Dietitian, Jessie Schafer, is full of flavor and made from simple ingredients. These burgers are juicy, tender, and not crumbly. Serve them on Rudi’s sourdough buns for a meal you'll want to keep on repeat all summer. Jessie loves how these burgers bring together great taste and wholesome ingredients, perfect for any summer gathering.
